Registration fees

The following fees were agreed for MATHPIE2026:

• Full fee (senior researchers): 250€
• Reduced fee (early career researchers*): 175€

Reduced fees

Researchers affiliated with institution in non-affluent countries may contact the organisers before April 22 2026 to discuss the possibility of paying the reduced fee.

Participants selecting the reduced fee are requested to send an e-mail to mathpie2026@sciencesconf.org to provide information about their status.

*An early career researcher is defined as an individual who is a master’s student, PhD student or postdoctoral researcher whose thesis was discussed no longer than three years before the event takes place – i.e., the discussion took place after June 2023.

What's included

The registration fee includes:

• Participation at the conference
• Coffee breaks
• Light lunches on the days specified in the programme
• Social dinner (Apericena)
• Gadgets
• Guided tour

Please note that eventual dietary restrictions and/or preferences can be communicated in the registration form.
